As part of your evaluation, you will need to capture the nuts and bolts of your activity - what you did and who you reached. I use a simple table for capturing this information, as below. You might want to incorporate this information in your impact framework. That’s fine! I do it separately so that I a) don’t confuse my outputs with my impacts and b) don’t forget to collect this information.
